Limerick Council agree to maintain sewage pumping station at Ritaville Old Cork Road following my on going representations

“I refer to ongoing representations in relation to the above housing estate and confirm that in the absence of the management company and the original developer of the Ritaville Housing Estate complying with the grant of planning permission P09/329 dated 18th November, 2010, that required the afore-mentioned to maintain the sewerage pumping station, Limerick City and County Council, will maintain this sewerage pumping station until this responsibility/ownership is transferred over to Irish Water.

The issue of the taking in charge of the estate will be brought forward for consideration by the elected members at the next metropolitan district meeting.”
